COMPENSATION & BENEFITS INTERN

We are searching for a Group Compensation & Benefits Intern to join our global HR team. She/he will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation processes, HR data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Cyclic Processes Support
- Support the preparation and execution of the Annual Salary Review process.
- Contribute to the management and monitoring of the Short-Term Incentive process.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of Salary Increase Budget process
- Support in managing administrative tasks related to compensation processes (i.e. for payroll purposes).
Data Analysis & Benchmarking
- Support compensation data analysis, including internal data reviews and reporting and external market benchmarks to assess the competitiveness of compensation structures.
Data Maintenance & Accuracy
- Contribute to the maintenance, accuracy, and update of compensation-related data.
- Prepare recurring reports to support HR and business stakeholders.
HR Community Support
- Act as a point of support for the HR community regarding compensation-related topics and to Coordinate with HR teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with different HR stakeholders (global, regional, local) on C&B initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or near completion) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Good command of Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). Experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in an international environment.
