The role

The candidate will support the Business Development & Service Senior Manager in managing after-sales projects and identifying business opportunities aiming to provide valuable business insights after a deep investigation of the competitive scenario. 


Main tasks

  • Monitor market’s demand evolution, channels, go-to-market and competitive scenario aiming to identify new business opportunities and operational model to support the growth
  • Analyze Ariston commercial policy, price positioning and competitiveness to evaluate possible adjustments to improve overall profitability and performance challenging the status quo
  • Support the manager in preparing business plans and monitoring project updates through the identification of clear KPI & OPI ensuring the right focus on main priorities
  • Cooperate with Product and Marketing team to understand competitors’ strategies, activities, and product range evolutions in order to guarantee the coherence and implementation of Ariston’s long-term strategy
  • Take care of regional reporting activities by preparing dashboards and detailed analysis for top management and other colleagues of the regional organization
  • Support and coordinate after-sales community across the Region and develop structured processes and procedures to guide local service in managing day by day activities

 

Requirements

  • Education: Med or Higher education diploma in Engineering or Economic sciences
  • Strong capability to get business insights from data analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, while other software (e.g.: Tableau, PowerBI, Access) will be a plus
  • Capability to challenge the status quo even when successful
  • Flexibility, curiosity and open-mindedness
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in team
  • English is a must while other languages will be a plus
  • Previous experience in top strategy consulting firms or FMCG will be a plus
