Ariston Brand Senior Director

 

In your role as Ariston Brand Senior Director, reporting to the Group Chief Marketing & Sustainability Officer, you will be in charge for leading the Ariston Brand at global level, defining the Brand strategy and implementation programs; for designing and developing Ariston Brand key communication activities, targeting both B2B and B2C.
 

The main activities you will be engaged in are:
 

  • Define and guarantee the Ariston Brand identity, narrative and positioning across countries, including Brand message house and communication priorities
  • Design and develop Brand’s key assets, visual identity, and guidance to be implemented across communication channels at global level; including Brand design guidelines
  • Design and develop new products’ toolkits, including claim, VPs, communication tools and videos
  • Collaborate with key functions (e.g., Project Management, Regional Product development, Regional Marketing Management) to shape key elements of Ariston Brand offer in consistency with Brand identity and positioning
  • Lead the development of global campaign, including offline and online media, both for B2B and B2C
  • Define identity, narrative and positioning of regional Brands in collaboration with regional/local marketing organizations
  • Monitor key competitors’ activations, communication and positioning to identify industry trends and eventual threats or differentiation opportunities 
  • Coordinate and influence the development of countries’ marketing plans to ensure the implementation of the global strategy and ensure excellent executions  
  • Identify, standardize and track main brands and marketing KPIs 
  • Select and manage global agencies for media, communication and trade marketing, ensuring effective and consistent level of services
  • Support the development and consolidation of the global marketing community
  • Build and lead a strong, cohesive team

Your profile:
 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing positions, preferably in multinational companies 
  • Proactive approach and problem solving
  • Brand and trade marketing and communication skills, creativity and business acumen
  • Capability to prioritize, set clear goals
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of the organization, through empathy, good communication
  • Good analytical skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
