Operating within the Global Brand Ariston Team at Group Headquarters (HQ), you will report directly to the Brand Ariston | Marketing Group Programs Senior Director. Your mission is to be the ultimate "Owner" of Ariston’s global VOICE, translating strategic positioning into high-impact narratives across all international touchpoints.
In this role, you will drive brand reputation, orchestrate global campaigns, and command the external agency network. A critical focus of this position is to establish a distinct communication edge, clearly differentiating Ariston’s narrative from external market competitors and ensuring unique positioning relative to other brands within the Group's portfolio. This position requires exceptional professional ambition, a results-oriented mindset, and the corporate agility to lead the strategic communication evolution for the Group’s flagship brand.
Main activities:Â
- Global Communication Strategy & Narrative: Define and execute the global communication strategy and annual narrative plan specifically for the Ariston brand, in strict alignment with the established brand positioning.
- Value Proposition & Messaging Frameworks: Develop tailored messaging architectures based on customer personas and user journeys to maximize brand consideration.
- Cross-Functional Launch Alignment: Collaborate with Brand Product Marketing Specialists and local market teams to seamlessly integrate the global narrative into product launch packages.
- Digital Content Strategy: Partner closely with the Digital team to steer the content strategy and editorial plan for the Global Blog and digital platforms.
- Global Brand Campaigns Leadership: Design, launch, and orchestrate major Global Ariston Campaigns focusing exclusively on Brand Awareness, Consideration, and Positioning, ensuring absolute execution excellence across all markets while excluding local promotional activities.
- Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships: Define the brand’s global sponsorship strategy to select, negotiate, and activate international partners aligned with Ariston's corporate values.
- Performance Monitoring & Data Analytics: Establish, track, and analyze communication performance metrics across the marketing funnel
- Agency & Vendor & Contract Governance: Lead the selection (tendering processes) and onboarding of external global agencies and vendors, while directly managing international vendor contracts to ensure high-value partnerships and operational control.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the global communication and campaign budgets, driving maximum efficiency and ROI across all projects.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the legal guardrails regulating brand/commercial communication and advertising standards globally, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance across all touchpoints.

Education and profile
- Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Global Brand Communication or Marketing roles.
- Corporate Background: Proven experience operating within international corporate Headquarters (HQ) or top-tier global creative/media agencies.
- International Track Record: Demonstrated experience in coordinating diverse cultural landscapes and managing cross-country geographical requirements.
- Technical & Analytical Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; solid familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, data tracking tools, or digital workflow systems.
- Languages: Full professional fluency and excellent presentation skills in both English and Italian.
The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
