REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER NCE (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for North & Central Europe, based in Mainburg at Wolf's headquarters, to manage and coordinate all regional marketing activities.

Within our North & Central Europe Region we serve the markets in the DACH region, Benelux and Denmark with our brands Wolf, Elco, Atag and Brink.
Your Responsibilities
- Initiate and coordinate initiatives to drive growth, achieve revenue and profitability targets in the North Central Europe region
- Functional leadership of the regional marketing teams in North & Central Europe
- Implement the strategic marketing plan in strong collaboration with international sales & markets organizations, aligned with strategic roadmap
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities and identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets
- Analyze key metrics (market share, revenue, marketing investments) and derive targeted actions
- Identify and define relevant KPIs and maintain a continuous review to ensure sustainable process control and optimization
- Develop and standardize marketing approaches for governance meetings (e.g., budget planning, kick-offs, forecasts)
- Manage regional programs such as CRM initiatives, customer retention efforts, and Customer Experience projects
- Building network to identify and share best practices within the Ariston Group

Your Profile
- Bachelor´s or master´s degree in marketing or comparable education
- 3–5 years of professional marketing experience in a comparable role within an international company, ideally within a matrix organization
- B2B marketing experience in a two- or three-tier sales structure, with a strong service and go-to-market approach, ideally within our or a comparable branch
- Solid expertise in budget management, KPI tracking, and strategic marketing planning
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven working style
- Fluent in both German and English (business proficiency)
- Experience with working in international teams and strong intercultural competence
- High level of initiative, excellent organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
- Ability to identify market trends and customer needs
