REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT - NORTH CENTRAL EUROPE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


Regional Growth & Strategic Impact

  • Drive sustainable growth for the North & Central Europe region, contributing to revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Develop North & Central Europe marketing priorities in alignment with global marketing strategies, business priorities and markets’ maturity.

 

Functional Leadership & Cross-Regional Coordination

  • Provide functional leadership to regional and country marketing teams across North & Central Europe, developing community, fostering collaboration, capability development, and performance excellence.
  • Act as a key marketing business partner to market organizations within a matrix governance model.

 

Marketing Execution

  • Implement the regional marketing plan in close collaboration with countries’ marketing organizations
  • Ensure alignment with the Group’s initiatives, brand positioning, and go-to-market priorities.

 

Market & Performance Management

  • Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities, identifying growth opportunities in both existing and emerging segments.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (e.g. market share, revenue evolution, pricing and promotional effectiveness, marketing investments) and translate insights into concrete action plans.
  • Define, track, and review relevant KPIs to drive performance management and continuous improvement.

 

Governance, Processes & Best Practices

  • Develop and standardize regional marketing approaches and materials for governance forums (e.g. budget planning, forecasting, strategic reviews, kick-offs).
  • Lead and coordinate regional initiatives such as customer satisfaction, CRM development and customer retention programs
  • Build internal networks across the Group to identify, share, and scale best practices.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales roles in an international environment, preferably within a complex matrix organization.
  • Solid B2B marketing experience in two- or three-tier sales models, with a strong understanding of service-driven and go-to-market approaches, ideally in HVAC, industrial, or comparable sectors.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, budget ownership, KPI definition, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a data-driven and structured working approach.
  • Fluency in English and German (business proficiency); additional European languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in international, multicultural teams.
  • High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complexity.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region.
