TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our Technical Support works directly, but with autonomy, with the Air handling Business Unit manager for managing technical issues within their area of responsibility, providing technical support, and actively participating in the implementation and development of the Air Handling Service department, contributing to the creation of local service processes and capabilities.
Main tasks:
- Technical Customer Support
- Respond to technical inquiries from authorized service providers or installers.
- Manage technical issues in the field.
- Provide on-site technical assistance and support authorized service providers during complex interventions.
- Deliver technical training to authorized service providers.
- Perform field service interventions.
- Carry out commissioning, installation verification, and start-up activities for AHU (Air Handling Unit) systems.
- Support authorized service providers and monitor the installed fleet via online technical support platforms.
- Service Activity Development
- Actively participate in establishing and expanding service activities.
- Identify opportunities for maintenance, spare parts, warranty extensions, and retrofits within the installed base.
- Independently organize and plan service interventions and activities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the AHU (Air Handling Units) Division's service department.
- Cooperate with the AHU Key Accounts team on interventions for strategic international clients.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Formal training equivalent to an intermediate or higher-level technical qualification in fields such as plumbing, HVAC, renewable energy, mechanics, or similar; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles within the sector.
- Good Knowledge of English and/or German will be considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
- Customer orientation.
- Good communication skills.
- Proactivity.
- Teamwork.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Driver's license.
- The position requires regular travel to customer sites using a company vehicle

Nuestro/a Technical Support trabaja directamente, aunque con autonomía, con el/la responsable de la Unidad de Negocio de Tratamiento de Aire para gestionar cuestiones técnicas dentro de su área de responsabilidad, brindar soporte técnico y participar activamente en la implementación y el desarrollo del departamento de servicio de tratamiento de aire, contribuyendo a crear procesos y capacidades de servicio a nivel local.
Tareas principales:
• Soporte técnico al cliente
- Responder a consultas técnicas de proveedores de servicios o instaladores autorizados.
- Gestionar incidencias técnicas en campo.
- Brindar asistencia técnica in situ y apoyar a los proveedores de servicios autorizados durante intervenciones complejas.

• Desarrollo de actividades de servicio
- Participar activamente en el establecimiento y la expansión de las actividades de servicio.
- Identificar oportunidades de mantenimiento, repuestos, ampliaciones de garantía y actualizaciones (retrofits) en la base instalada.
- Organizar y planificar de forma autónoma las intervenciones y actividades de servicio.
- Coordinar y colaborar con el departamento de servicio de la división de UTA.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Grandes Cuentas (Key Accounts) de UTA en intervenciones para clientes internacionales estratégicos.
Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal cuenta con:
- Formación reglada equivalente a una cualificación técnica de nivel medio o superior en áreas como fontanería, climatización (HVAC), energías renovables, mecánica o similares; también se valorará la experiencia equivalente.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares dentro del sector.
- Se valorará un buen nivel de inglés y/o alemán.
- Dominio avanzado de las herramientas de Microsoft Office 365.
