PRODUCT MARKETING HVAC&HEATING

The role, reporting to the Marketing Manager Spain & Portugal helps to shape the roadmap for Ariston Group Products, supports product commercialization, creates product launch materials, manages and supports existing product lines and helps Sales drive revenue.
Using interpersonal and communication skills to navigate among R&D, Engineering, Sales and Marketing Depts. and Central Product Dept., the Product Marketing Specialist has to convert technical issues and data into effective marketing and sales messages.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Product Management to define the Spanish&Portugal Market product roadmap and meet the specific Country requirements;
• Manage product launches and guarantee alignment and phase in/out activities;
• Manage price sheets and support in the development of pricing programs;
• Develop, maintain and update the commercial and technical materials to convert technical issues and data into effective marketing and sales messages;
• Monitor markets data, trends, regulation & legislation and competitors;
• Monitor sales and profitability development, identifying threats, opportunities and improvements areas as well as their execution;
• Support with sales forecasts and mix analysis, acting as a link among sales administration, planning and logistics;
• Support the marketing department both at Corporate and Country level to develop programs and drive additional sales;
The ideal candidate has
- A degree in Engineering. Specialization in marketing is an asset.
- Technical Knowledge of HVAC installations and their operation
- 3/5 years experience as a Product Management in distribution sector (B2B)
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish language. Italian is an asset.
- Good relational skills, analytical and organizational capabilities, flexibility and entrepreneurship will complete the profile.
- Availability to travel is a must
