Reporting to the Head of Parts and Service for Spain, the Parts and Service North Area, will be responsible of promoting business development and growth, focusing on identifying customer needs and coordinating activities efficiently. This includes ensuring efficient administrative management, conducting timely analyses, and implementing the necessary strategies and measures to guarantee the quality of services offered, as well as properly documenting and communicating all activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Management of the Parts & Service after-sales business unit for the Area
  • Management of the portfolio of official technical service providers in the area, supporting the technical and organizational development of their structures.
  • Ensuring the level of after-sales service provided by partners and providing technical training.
  • Development of after-sales business with partner companies by identifying market needs and opportunities. Identify and develop new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales network to develop business in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate and plan technical training courses.
  • Achieve the assigned annual sales target for After-Sales in the assigned area.
  • Ensure compliance with processes that guarantee Customer Satisfaction.
  • Cooperate and interact with any area of the company that requires support for any incident or issue.

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proactivity.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Communication skills.
  • Spanish Mandatory at advanced level and Intermediate level of English preferred. Official languages in the North region is value (Basque and/or Galician)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sector.
  • Driver's license (category B).

Location: Must reside in the North Region (From Galicia to Pais Vasco including Castilla-Leon and La Rioja)
