SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for good talent who fills the vacant position as "Sales Representative", who will be based in Surabaya area.
This position will directly report to the Sales Manager.
Job Descriptions:
- Promotion & POS management.
- Working closely with the marketing team for: implement sales promotion campaigns, product launches, display.
- Maintain a stock level of marketing communication kit including brochure, leaflet & catalog in the shop.
- Control sales promotor representative in KA shop (Attendance and performance).
- Initiate to propose a promotion program.
- Tracking market competition, latest competitor activation program and its impact to shop share.
- Channel partner distributor, including monitor sales operation as a channel partner focusing on channel expansion.
- Drive distributor to achieve the target (both selling in & selling out).
- Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners, retailer/KA.
- Nurturing business relations with retail trade partner especially Key Account focusing on sales growth to end-user.
- Conduct product knowledge training to distributor sales and sales promoter.
- Make a sell-out report and analyzing market contribution and share.
If you meet our requirements as follows: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
- Have experience handling big distributor in sanitary or building materials industry.
- Target-oriented person.
- Willing to travel around Indonesia (preferable candidate who domicile in those areas).
