We are looking for Good Talent to fill the vacant position of  "Sales Representative" who will be based in Batam area.

This position will directly report to the Sales Manager. 

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1. Sell In (Sale to Distributor)

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with distributors.
  • Negotiate and ensure the achievement of sales targets to distributors.
  • Ensure product availability at distributors according to the targets. 

 

2. Sell-Through (Sales to Distributors to Stores)

  • Encorage the movement of products from distributors to retail stores. 
  • Assist distributors in marketing strategies and product sales to stores.
  • Provide training or product knowledge to distributors. 

 

3. Sell-Out (Sales to End User)

  • Develop promotional strategies to increase direct sales to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in executing promotional programs in stores. 
  • Ensure products are available and well displayes in retail stores.

 

4. Market Penetration Development

  • Analyze market potential to increase distribution and sales area coverage.
  • Seek and open opportunities for cooperation with new stores to increase the number of active outlets.
  • Develop strategies to expand product reach across various distribution channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate outlet performance to ensure sustainable growth. 

 

5. Collection (Billing & Account Receivable Management)

  • Ensure payment from distributors are in accordance with the agreement terms. 
  • Work with the finance team to manage and control accounts receivable.

 

6. Market Analyze and Reports

  • Condust sales data analysis and market trends to support sales strategies. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Ms Excel and Ms Powepoints.
  • Analyze distributors, store, and product performance to increase sales. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Sales Executive in the electronics, FMCG, sanitary or building material industry.
  3. Have a good understanding of sales strategies (sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out).
  4. Experience in market development and outlet network expansion.
  5. Have a good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 
  6. Able to work independently and acheve sales target.
  7. Willing to travel on business if necessary. 
  8. Fluent in English (will be a good advantage).
