We are looking for good talent to fill the vacant position of "HR&O Specialistbased in Jakarta, Indonesia. If you meet our requirements as follows; 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in FMCG/Electronic/Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Preferably has knowledge and experience of HRIS Systems.
  • Good in Ms.Office would be advantage
  • Fluent in English

Job descriptions:

HR Matters

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidates, Interview arrangement and general onboarding process
  • Maintain employee administration
  • Create an employee attendance's monthly report
  • Manage an employee health insurance claim and membership

Training & Development

  • Create Training Need Analysis for each Position
  • Provide & Select Training Provider
  • Ensuring the training is conducted as scheduled
  • Review & Monitoring Training Effectiveness

Office Facilities

  • Office Maintenance, sanitation, and Pest Control Schedule
  • Conducting Vendor Selection Process (PR_PO)
  • Asset inventory and replacement
