DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are looking for Good Talent to fill the vacant position of "Digital Marketing Specialist" who will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
This position will directly report to the Head of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Involved in Digital Marketing Activity, including execution and monitoring with digital media agency every monthly campaign to exceed the expected results especially for E-Commerce ads campaign.
- Updating content on CRM Website.
- Social Media plan activity, including content creation such as video and live streams which can be used for E-Commerce needs.
- Approach all the main marketplace/e-retailer in Indonesia and to develop with them a plan to start collaboration:
- Set and monitor yearly, monthly target
- Work together with internal teams and enabler to manage daily all operational E-Commerce Business, such as fulfillment, sales order, and return policy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have the experience to handle the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce/marketplace role.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, CRM, Backlink, and content creation, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Fluent in English
