ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

We are looking for Good Talent to fill the vacant position of "Accounting Specialist" who will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. If you meet our requirements as follows; 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in FMCG/Electronic/Retail/General or equivalent.
• Preferably has knowledge and experience of SAP software for accounting transactions.
• Good in Ms. Excel would be advantage
• Fluent in English

Job descriptions:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents (ledgers, reports, reconciliations, etc.)
• Input financial data and transactions into the ledger
• Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts (regular reconciling and adjusting financial data)
• Analyzing financial data and providing financial/adjustments recommendations to Finance & Accounting manager to be reviewed
• Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards
• Generating financial statements & reports
• Preparing & maintaining accurate monthly asset report, prepaid report, monthly accruals, etc.
• Preparing & running transactions for payment according to due date (regular interaction with bank for local & forex transactions)
• Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support
• Supporting Finance & Accounting Manager, Auditor and other financial professionals in their duties as needed
