Job description
The Business Admin Apprentice is expected to support sales within the Spares channel, through building strong business to business relationships and reviewing development opportunities with stakeholders.
The core objective is to ensure consistent relationship management with stakeholders, ensuring professionalism in approach and strong communication skills across all communication channels, both internally and externally.
You will demonstrate commitment from application to completion of the Parts & Service Apprenticeship, which is a 2-year course, offering a recognised qualification once completed.
Job responsibilities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across the UK and Ireland in relation to Spares sales.
- Maintain system information to ensure accurate recordings of pricing, stock levels.
- Manage the reviewing and adapting of pricing, discounts, and stock levels within the Spares channel.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills both internally and externally in a professional manner
- Ability to input, analyse and output data across Ariston UK range of systems and software
- Awareness of competitor products and market trends, to ensure we stay ahead of the market, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Product knowledge within the industry, with clear understanding of USPs and technical information in respect of boilers, heat pumps and water heaters across commercial and domestic.
- Demonstrated ability to discuss all brands within Ariston UK (Ariston, Elco, ATAG) with familiarity and ease, including the full product range within each brand.
- Understanding of industry legislation and ethical best practices.
- Any other reasonable tasks as assigned within the sales area of responsibility.
