We are seeking a motivated and talented Technical Team Leader Spare Parts, reporting to our Technical Manager Spare Parts, to join our Aftermarket Division. In this role you coordinate and support our global markets and regions in all aspects of spare parts management for our brands Elco, Atag, Brink and 3d party products. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of technical spare parts specialists.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of spare parts catalogues and related technical documentation.
  • Drive and participate in strategic spare parts management projects, including legacy product support.
  • Work closely with R&D, Procurement, Planning teams on new product launches, product modifications, and in proposing alternative spare parts when required.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle and data integrity of spare parts, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation from initial creation to end-of-life status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure strong alignment and coordination with the broader technical team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in spare parts or technical service management, preferably in the heating or HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Proficiency in SAP R3, MS Office, 3D design tools, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • High IT affinity and interest in digital tools (e-commerce, CRM, SAP transactions).
  • Fluency in German and English, Italian is a plus.
