To support the growth of our team, we are looking for a
Technical Documentation Specialist (m/w/d)
Location Hechingen
YOUR TASKS
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical and marketing content, including tasks such as drafting technical documentation for heating related products
- Managing assets within the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system
- Develop product-related materials to support sales and marketing, e.g. creating pricebook leaflets for new products
- Support pricebook production
- Support the technical development and maintenance of digital platforms, including technical SEO maintenance
- Enhancement of website components
- Contribute to strategic digital projects such as a PIM implementation, the development of the new website and Dam platform, and the creation of the ELCO Wiki
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business, marketing, media design or communication with strong process orientation
- Experience in data management, documentation, marketing operations or related areas
- Structured, process-oriented working style with a high level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, especially when dealing with repetitive tasks and multiple systems and stakeholders
- Proficient with ERP tools (ideally SAP), DAM systems, documentation platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in handling technical and content SEO topics or web components
- Communicate clearly and proactively in German and English
- Self-driven consistent, patient with operational routines, and able to follow established processes while continuously improving them
