To support the growth of our team, we are looking for a

PRODUCT MANAGER ELECTRONICS (m/w/d)
Location Hechingen

YOUR TASKS

• Define, specify, and implement control functions and hardware for safe and efficient operation of heating systems (e.g. heat pumps, solar, gas, oil, hybrid systems)
• Coordinate and communicate with international suppliers and development departments
• Evaluate customer and system requirements
• Integrate connectivity and cloud-based data structures into system designs
• Conduct approval and functional testing of prototypes (e.g. in demo cases or lab environments)
• Collaborate with the laboratory team and support both lab and field tests related to control and electrical engineering
• Create competitor analyses, requirement and component specifications, parts lists, and technical documentation
• Support quality assurance processes
• Take responsibility for electronic components throughout the entire product lifecycle
   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Control Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in building energy systems or electronic devices
• Leadership experience in managing small teams is a plus
• Expertise in control systems, energy management, building automation (BMS), bus communication protocols, electronics, PCB/hardware design, lab testing, and HVAC
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Fluent in both German and English
• Detail-oriented, development-driven, and hands-on mindset
• Structured, analytical, and systematic working style
• High motivation and enthusiasm for product management
• Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at alllevels
