PRODUCT MANAGER ELECTRONICS (M/F/D)

In your role as Product Manager Electronics (M/F/D) (for Control, Energy and Electrical System), you will be responsible for the definition, specification and implementation of control functions and hardware for the safe and effective operation of heating systems such as heat pump, solar, gas, oil, and hybrid systems.
 


YOUR MAIN TASKS 

  • Cooperation, communication and coordination with international suppliers and development departments. 
  • Evaluation of customer and system requirements.
  • Integration of connectivity and cloud-based data structure.
  • Approval tests and functional tests of prototypes (e.g. on a demo case or in the lab).
  • Support lab and field tests in control and electrical engineering areas.
  • Creation of competitor analysis, requirement specifications, component specifications, parts lists and technical documentations.
  • Support quality assurance.
  • Responsible for electronic components over the entire product life cycle.

 
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Degree in the field of Electronic or Electrical and Control Engineering.
  • Previous experience in Product Management (2-3 year), preferably in the field of building energy systems or electronic devices.
  • Knowledge of/experience in the following fields is a plus: control, heating systems, energy management, building automation, Building Management Systems (BMS), bus communications protocols, electronics, PCB, hardware design, lab tests, product management, renewable, and HVAC Passion for details with a development-oriented and hands-on mindset. 
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Good German and English communication skills.
  • Analytical and systematic way of working .
  • Technical communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Good German and English communication skill.
