SERVICE & APPLICATION ENGINEER INTERN

THE ROLE
You will support after-sales service and application activities, working closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues, understand product systems, and improve service quality. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to real technical operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support service operations & troubleshoot basic technical issues (under guidance)
- Work with real products: understand components and system operation
- Assist in identifying recurring technical/service issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer/service requests
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in after-sales processes.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd–4th year students in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Mechatronics or related
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems
- Hands-on mindset, eager to learn from real cases
- Good problem-solving & communication skills
- English intermediate and above level
- Available part-time during semester and full-time during summer (2 months)
