THE ROLE

The Traditional Trade Sales Intern will support the Sales Director and Traditional Trade (TT) sales team through daily coordination, progress tracking, performance analysis, and communication follow‑ups. This role provides hands‑on exposure to sales operations, team management support, and commercial performance monitoring within the Traditional Trade channel.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Sales Director and Traditional Trade (TT) sales team through daily coordination, progress tracking, performance analysis, and communication follow‑ups.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, sell in / sell out data, stock levels, and distributor performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Support sales meetings, training sessions, and Traditional Trade initiatives when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure accurate and timely sales information.
  • Assist in field observations or market visits when needed to gather insights on Traditional Trade execution.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4th‑year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Commerce, Data/Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong data skills: confident with Excel, reporting tools, and quantitative analysis.
  • Quick learner, energetic, reliable, and proactive in communication and follow‑up.
  • Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with sales teams and external partners.
  • High learning agility and willingness to support both office-based and field‑based tasks.
  • Available to work full‑time for 6 months.
