PROJECTS SALES DIRECTOR

THE ROLE
To achieve the individual sales target by handling key accounts/projects as assigned by the General Director.
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all interior designers and corporate clients for any reasonable tasks assigned to meet distribution and volume objectives.
The position is based in Hanoi and reports to General Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperate with Designers, architects, and developers to build and promote brand awareness
- Constantly monitor, follow up, and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project.
- Increase awareness of the Ariston brand by daily approach, presenting and sending out catalogs to all project partners
- Make quotations and close contracts
- Work with consultant to influence specification for the Ariston brand
- Write weekly reports on visits, project status, competitors, and market changes to the manager
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or similar fields
- Having at least 5 years of experience in the building material market for projects (elevator industry, furniture, aluminum, glass etc.)
- Have Experience in working with investors, contractors, and architects
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Good at Microsoft Office and Communication skills
- Enthusiastic, honest, able to go on business trips regularly and ensure the deadline
