THE ROLE

The Parts & Service Intern supports after-sales service operations, technical documentation, and service station coordination. Ideal for engineering students interested in applied technical roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support service stations with basic troubleshooting guidance under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Assist in checking repair cases, verifying service details, and updating records in the system.
• Identify recurring issues or unusual service patterns that require technical attention.
• Review and interpret basic technical documentation related to product components and operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of service-related inquiries.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in after‑sales service processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Refrigeration/HVAC, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, or cooling system concepts.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn hands‑on technical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic English skills.
• Available to work full‑time for 6 months.
