ICT ANALYST VIETNAM

JOB PURPOSE

The role is reporting to the ICT Asia Service Manager, will be responsible for the ICT activities in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and manage Wintel server environment based on physical or virtual infrastructure
• Deliver and manage network and communication services (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, VoIP and Videoconference)
• PC and IT assets management
• Provide ICT infrastructure and TLC support 1st level or 2nd level support for Ariston Locations
• Monitor external first level infrastructure support services for the Ariston locations
• Maintain operating procedures of his/her area of responsibility
• Participate to local and international projects for the implementation of ICT infrastructure and telecommunication
• Manage suppliers and contracts related to his/her area of responsibility

All activities will require to strictly follow Group ICT technological standards and practices.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, with a brilliant academic career and at least 2 years of experience on IT Systems management.

Excellent communication and relational skills, organizational and analytical skills, flexibility and initiative complete the profile.

Good English knowledge is a must.

It is required to have knowledge on concept and solutions about:

• Datacenter and computing services (Virtualization, Storage, Backup and Recovery, Business Continuity)
• Networking services (LAN, WAN, Security, Telephony, Audio/Video conferencing)
• Helpdesk and support services (Support processes supported by ITSM tools, Service Level Agreements)

Availability to travel is required.
