THE ROLE

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in recruitment, C&B administration, learning & development, and employer branding activities. This role provides direct exposure to end-to-end HR operations and employee engagement.

Location: Cua Nam Ward, Ha Noi

Part-time Internship (3-6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support talent acquisition activities: sourcing, scheduling, assessment coordination.
  • Assist with C&B, L&D, and HR administrative processes.
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate periodic reports.
  • Support employer branding activities and internal engagement events.
  • Assist in improving HR processes to ensure smooth operations.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3rd to 4th-year student in Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.
  • Confident in MS Office; data interpretation skills, design skills are preferred.
  • Proactive, discipline, and eager to learn.
  • Available to work part-time for 3-6 months.
