In your role as Industrial Engineer, you will lead key production projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and timelines. You will play a key role in improving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on a dedicated production line

Key Responsibilities:
- Productivity analysis of production lines and identification of improvement opportunities with a view to continuous improvement
- Participation in the implementation of investments aimed at creating new production islands and lines
- Management of BOM, MES system and the manufaturing plant mold pool
- Implementation of the manufacturing plant energy management system and identification of decarbonization activities as part of the Road to 100 Ariston program:

Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the metalworking sector
- Fluency in Italian and English
