Starting from 3 plants in 2011, we have now reached a total amount of 17 sites adhering to the World Class program.
As HSE Intern, reporting to the HSE Manager, you will have the task of supporting HSE manager in leading operative risk assessments in workplace organization and in the execution of the WCM program.Furthermore, you will be a reference for Safety culture in Genga plant.
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Support HSE Leader in realize operative instruction and procedure (SOP/OPL) including LOTOV instruction for new machine/equipment
-Support EHS Plant Leader in Risk Assessment
-Support EHS Plant Leader for ISO 14001 and 45001 activities
-Provide administrative support to HSE Department managing documents, and maintaining records
-Collect Unsafe Act and Unsafe Condition coming from the plant daily activities
-Support HSE Plant Leader in leading WCM Safety and Environmental Pillars.
Knowledge growth opportunities:
-Wide training on HSE/WCM methods with specific focus on health and safety best practices.
-Hands on approach with challenging and interesting tasks during the internship period.
-Possibility of working in team in a multinational company with great external visibility.
As an ideal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Engineering sector or other related qualifications (for example Prevention and Environmental Technologies or Management) and have a good knowledge of Italian and English. You are well introduced to MS Office, have good initiative, organizational and planning skills. Good flexibility and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
