INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

The role will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

 

  • Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes
  • Design of workstations in order to increase efficiency and ergonomics
  • Activities in WCM program
  • Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process
  • Evaluate the Engineering Change Notes from R&D dpt in order to define the application in production
  • Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 inside the plant
  • New machines and lines design and coordination with external suppliers

 

The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and previous experience in the same role.

Good knowledge of drawing software as Autocad/Cadra/Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design are required. 

Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile. 

English knowledge is basic requirements.
