TREASURY CONTROL & ANALYTICS

Reports To: Control & Treasuries Coordination

Position Overview
The role supports the Group Treasury function in financial performance monitoring, reporting, and planning processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate analyses and timely insights to support decision-making. It contributes to the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and treasury reporting activities while driving continuous improvements in process efficiency, data quality, and governance. Operating in a multinational environment, the position works closely with Group functions and local Finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency across treasury operations. The role combines financial expertise with a strong digital mindset, leveraging technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize treasury processes, enhance controls, and support the evolution of data-driven financial management.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the monthly Treasury closing and reporting process, with focus on Net Financial Position, cash flow, financial income and expenses, and bank charges
  • Support the preparation and analysis of Actual, Forecast and Budget figures, identifying key variances and underlying business drivers
  • Monitor Treasury KPIs and support the preparation of clear management reporting and analyses
  • Coordinate data collection and follow-up with subsidiaries and local Finance teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and timely submission
  • Perform reconciliations and data-quality checks, maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails
  • Support cash flow forecasting and the analysis of forecast accuracy
  • Contribute to intercompany funding reporting and other Treasury controlling activities
  • Support the development of reporting, analytics and automation solutions to improve Treasury processes and decision-making
  • Explore the practical use of approved Artificial Intelligence tools to simplify recurring activities, improve analysis and enhance the preparation of reports, while ensuring appropriate review and control of outputs
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Group Treasury

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Treasury, Reporting, Audit, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, with a continuous improvement approach
  • Interest in digitalization, automation, and the application of AI in finance processes
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in international and cross-functional environments
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large dataset
  • Knowledge of ERP, reporting, consolidation, or Treasury Management Systems.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Python, Treasury products, financial instruments, or IFRS is a plus.

 

The compensation package will be determined based on the experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
