TECHNOLOGY SENIOR SPECIALIST - Heat Pump Water Heaters

The role, reporting to the Heat Pump Water Heating Technology Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
 

  • Study the product evolution in relationship with refrigerant gases: define test plan, manage prototyping and follow laboratory activities and analyses results both performances and noise;
  • Study new ideas and technical components evolution in application with the HPWH machine (inverter compressor, microchannel condenser, fans);
  • Act as interface for different functions (lab, simulation dep., marketing, etc.).

 

QUALIFICATION:

 

  • University Degree in Thermomechanic Engineering
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the R&D department or Laboratory within white goods sector (preferably in HVAC sector);
  • technology specialist familiar with gas refrigeration technology (R290, R134a) to be applied on water heating;
  • basics of noise measurement and analyses;
  • familiarity with FEM, CFD simulations, patent and regulations;
  • basics of thermodynamics technique and components used in refrigeration sectors;
  • basic knowledge of drawing software as Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design;
  • analytical and planning skills;
  • ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines;
  • problem solving attitude and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English.
