As SQA Business Process Excellence Manager you are responsible to lead and improve SQA business processes using technology and strategies to boost performance, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and map processes to identify areas for improvement using flowcharts and process maps.
  • Develop new processes and create better processes to support goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance by using metrics to measure and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes.
  • Communicate changes and updates with stakeholders.
  • Drive process standardization and compliance including risk and mitigation analyzes.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance, standardize processes and meet regulations.


What We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Physics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
  • Experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, program management and/or supplier development.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Good project management and teamwork skills
  • Maintain a diplomatic approach.
  • Proficiency in Business English 
  • Available for business travel
