QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER

As Quality System Manager, reporting to the Head of Quality, you will have the overall purpose to develop and sustain the Group Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation requirements and business requirements across the whole organization through existing and new procedures. 

 

In particular, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Develop the Quality Management Systems strategy with concrete and pragmatic approach
  • Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer and business requirements and to meet the needs of external certification bodies
  • Drive the Quality Management Review process
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of the system with the relevant standard (ISO9001)
  • Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
  • Liaise with internal customers and external bodies on all matters relating to Quality System
  • Manage arrangements with key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Coordinate the Group QMS Audit Program in collaboration with the relevant process owners, ensuring that all nonconformities raised are timely, effectively corrected and independently verified
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company, promoting the creation and implementation of best practice to aid and improve operational performance
  • Undertake continuous training in order to train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedure
  • Provide technical expertise to the team on QMS matters
  • Collaborate and support the development of other Group’s management system (HSE, ESG, WCX,…) trying to synergize activities.

 

As ideal candidate, you are an experienced quality professional with preferably a degree in Engineering and more than 5 years of working experience in Quality Department in Multinational Companies, preferably Automotive or white goods sectors

 

Your technical Skills:

  • Proven Audit skills required. Auditor Certification preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Statistical Process Control, Capability Analysis (Cp, Cpk)
  • Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, MSA tools
  • Knowledge of Certification Schemes requested
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory as well as mobility
