PRODUCT SPECIALIST INTERNSHIP - HOME ENERGY MANAGEMENT & DEMAND RESPONSE

As a Junior Product Specialist within the Home Energy Management (HEM) and Demand Response (DR) area, you will support the Product Management team in the definition and development of innovative HEM &DR solutions across the Ariston Group.
The role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling you to work closely with cross-funcional teams and contribute to shaping new solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Deep analysisof market dynamics, customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insighits and opportunity identification
- Assist in gathering and structuring business and functional requirements for HEM and DR solutions
- Contribute to the preparation of product documentation, presentations and internal reports
- Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress, helping identify risks or improvement areas
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Connectivity, Electronics) to follow the development of product features
- Partecipate in meetings and workshop with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Master's degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Electronics) or Economics/Business with a technical focus
- Strong interest in Home Energy Management, connected products or energy systems
- Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Good communicayion skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English and Italian, German is a plus
