PRODUCT SENIOR SPECIALIST (GIWH)

As Product Management Senior Specialist – Gas Instant Water Heaters, reporting to the Product Senior Manager Instantaneous Water Heaters, you will manage the following activities:

 

  • Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and develop the strategic product roadmap;
  • Define and manage the product portfolio of the assigned business line, according to the strategic guidelines, growth targets, market's needs and competitors offer;
  • Product line Sales monitoring and life cycle management;
  • Support the markets as focal point for the assigned product business line bridging to the other Business Unit functions.
  • Define potential business plan and economics for new product development together with country marketing teams;
  • Lead the introduction of new product ranges from the first concept idea to the development and to the market launch collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, new product introduction and other central/local functions.


QUALIFICATION:

 

  • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or Economics;
  • +3 years of professional experience in product marketing role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;
  • Strong market research and analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management attitude;
  • Good relational and problem solving skills;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
