As Product Manager ESWH, reporting hierarchically to the Group Product ESWH Platforms, you will be responsible of the following activities: Â
- Deep analysis of competitors’ range and main drivers of value generation: range structure, features and technologies, price positioning, channels, industrial and commercial footprint
- Deep understanding of customer needs and purchasing behaviour: end user, installers, trade partners through market visits and collaboration with country marketing team
- Cooperate in identification of main structural platform evolution directions: key pillars of the value proposition, range extension and technologies, footprint and supply base
- Define and manage the product portfolio of the assigned business line, according to the strategic guidelines, growth targets, market's needs and competitors offer
- Definition of potential business plan and economics for new product development together with country marketing team
- Cooperate with key company functions (first of all Markets, R&D, Quality and Procurement) to develop new products and phase them in the market
- Product line Sales monitoring, understanding market dynamics and product trends
- Catalogue life cycle management and optimization
As our ideal candidate, your skillset includes:Â
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering and an experience of at least 3/4 years in similar role;
- Good knowledge of durable goods is preferable;
- English and Italian fluency
- Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities;
- Availability to travel
