iIn this role, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, management, and optimization of the ESWH product portfolio. Â

What you’ll do:
- Product Masterdata management
- Catalogue life cycle management and optimization
- Sales reporting and monitoring, identification of market dynamics and product trends
- Analysis of competitors’ range
- Support in the definition of the product portfolio of the assigned product line, according to the strategic guidelines, growth targets, market's needs and competitors offer
- Support in the definition of potential business plan and economics for new product development together with country marketing team
- Cooperate with key company functions (first of all Markets, R&D, Quality and Procurement) to develop new products and phase them in the market

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering and previous experience of at least 2/3 years in similar role
- Good knowledge of durable goods is preferrable
- English and Italian fluency
- Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
- Availability to travel
Place of work: Fabriano (AN), plus 2 days of remote work per week.
