Join our Connectivity Solutions team and help shape the next generation of Smart Home and IoT (Internet of Things) services for professionals, powered by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.

In your role, you will support the design and development of web and mobile applications used by installers and service technicians worldwide. Your work will contribute to elevating professional’s operational efficiency through the whole product’s lifecycle, enhancing their service offer and fostering the daily interaction between professionals and Ariston Group’s connected solutions.

 

What you’ll do

  • Monitor the market by collecting and analysing Voice of Customer insights (internal and external), assessing competitors, and identifying key IoT/Smart Home and digital trends.
  • Define UX/UI requirements for new or enhanced AI and IoT enabled service features, applying design thinking methodology and working closely with external agencies to ensure intuitive, high value user experiences.
  • Work with Connectivity R&D and Electronics teams to translate requirements into valuable digital features, contributing to backlog prioritization and refinement.
  • Support go to market activities through documentation, training content, and “train-the-trainer” initiatives.
  • Monitor and report IoT services performance through defined KPIs, enabling effective management and continuous improvement of the overall connected services portfolio. 
  • Support shaping the service strategy and vision to enable new revenue streams, collaborating with national and regional service teams to drive the transition toward a new generation of “digital technical assistance”.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in management engineering, Industrial/Environmental Engineering, or similar.
  • 1–2 years of experience in product management or technological/digital products is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer centric design and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
  • Experience with GitLab, Figma, MS Office (or similar tools) is appreciated.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive “can do” attitude.
  • Knowledge of IoT / Smart Home ecosystems and related business models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Availability to travel.
