The role, reporting to the Parts & Services Director Italy, will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Management, monitoring and improvement of the quality and efficiency of the external service centers
  • Define and implement client fidelity strategies leveraging on service centers to monitor the lifecycle of our products
  • Define and implement long term service contracts and clients’ maintenance programs
  • Scouting and analysis of new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Area Manager
  • Development of activities aimed to increase the installed park and the services sold
  • Recruitment of new installers in collaboration with the Service Centers
  • Increase the Parts & Services turnover of the reference area
  • Maintain and increase the service level of the Service Centers in the area of responsibility
  • Guarantee the homogeneity of service logics within the area of competence

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles gained in the semi-durable goods industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Good communication skills, strong results and business orientation, initiative and organization will complete the profile.
