MATERIAL MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT INTERN

The Material Master Data Management Intern supports the accurate and timely execution of Group Material Master Data processes across multiple systems. The role ensures proper monitoring of master data activities, provides first level support to End Users, and acts as a liaison between local functions and the GMMD Process Owner. The position contributes to maintaining data quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the status of Group Material Master Data creation and update activities
  • Follow up with involved functions to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Analyze and process system warnings related to weight, volume, cost, or other key data attributes
  • Identify and act upon incorrectly executed activities to support data accuracy
  • Provide first-level support to End Users and deliver basic training when required
  • Support End Users in resolving errors or issues identified by the Process Owner
  • Collect and consolidate information or feedback requested by the GMMD Manager regarding local processes
  • Gather and transfer local system improvement or change requests to the GMMD Manager

 

As our ideal candidate, you have: 

  • Degree in Management Engineering or Economics
  • Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile
  • English knowledge and MS Office tools, especially Excel are basic requirements
  • Basic understanding of Master Data Management principles, familiarity with ERP processes (MM/SD) are a plus
