ITALY AVAILABILITY & DISTRIBUTION INTERN

As Italy Availability&Distribution Intern, you will be the focal point for Italian Market and you will facilitate the interaction between several departments, such as S&OP, WHS, Sales, Demand and Inbound Team. Your mission is to guarantee proper and timely replenish for Domestic Market. This also includes analyzing actual performance to the forecast and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Generation and communication of Scorecard on weekly/monthly base
- Monitor replenishment Pos and ensure receipt of goods
- Work with S&OP to improve product availability
- Work with Demand Team to increase forecast accuracy
- Work with Inbound Team to prioritize the arrivals from external plants/suppliers
- Control Distribution performance, according to the order fulfilment plan
As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and a brilliant academic career.
Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.
Knowledge of SAP R3 is a plus.
