ICT PROCUREMENT APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

Ariston has embarked on a Digital Transformation Program that will bring a radical innovation across the entire value chain. This program will bring significant changes in the business processes through the adoption of digital technologies and will require new skills and expertise with a good mix of business understating and technical know-how.   
As ICT Procurement Applications Specialist, you will be part of the central Group ICT organization and will be involved in a Digital Transformation Procurement Program to deploy new tools and to improve existing processes and solutions. You will be focusing on Jaggaer Supplier Portal and SAP ECC solutions, with the aim of developing, maintaining and extending its functionalities in close collaboration with the existing ICT and Business organization. 
You will report to the Financial, Procurement and Quality ICT Director and will be responsible for: 
•    interfacing with the Business and assisting them in defining Applications functional requirements that means working with Business Process Owners, Key/End Users, Business Project Manager and ICT HQs technical teams (including external systems integrators) to gather functional requirements and evaluate implementation alternatives 
•    supporting the full life-cycle of the Applications change requests / projects, from writing functional analysis, developments/interface specifications and IT/user acceptance test scripts up to deploying the solution into live environment
•    performing 2nd level Key Users support via ticketing system
•    performing extensive quality checks on the external systems integrator deliverables 
•    maintain operational procedures, documentation and internal Knowledge base
•    managing SAP ERP Procurement applications
•    managing Jaggaer supplier portal solution and middleware functionalities in a SAP ECC integrated scenario

 

As ideal candidate, you have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and a brilliant academic career.
•    Knowledge and experience of SAP ERP Material Manangement module and related business processes. 
•    Ability to easily interact with business internal clients as well as with external suppliers in complex multinational environments, proactive attitude, a good analytical and problem-solving skills, team-working and flexibility complete the profile.
•    Ability to easily interact with business internal clients as well as with external suppliers in multinational environments, good analytical and problem-solving skills, team-working and flexibility complete the profile.
•    Good English knowledge and availability to travel are required.
•    Jaggaer Supplier Portal tool and SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) knowledge would be an asset.
