ICT PROCUREMENT ANALYST

As part of Ariston Group’s Digital Transformation Program, the ICT Procurement Analyst play a key role in strengthening Digital Procurement capabilities, supporting end-to-end sourcing and supplier management processes. Positioned within the Central Group ICT – Industrial & Operations Technologies organization, the role acts as the functional owner of the Jaggaer platform, operating at the intersection of Procurement, ICT, and Business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as functional owner and main point of contact for Jaggaer, supporting sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and procurement analytics.
  • Partner with Procurement business stakeholders (BPOs, Category Managers, Key Users) to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Ensure end to end integration with SAP (especially MM / Procurement processes) and consistency of data and workflows.
  • Manage the application lifecycle: functional analysis, testing, go live support, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate external vendors ensuring quality, governance compliance, and alignment with the ICT roadmap.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and documentation (guidelines, functional specs, user materials).
  • Contribute to the evolution of digital procurement processes and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree in STEM or Business/Economics disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ICT procurement or in a business procurement role
  • Good knowledge of Jaggaer or similar e-procurement/sourcing platforms
  • Working knowledge of SAP, particularly in Procurement / MM contexts.
  • Solid understanding of procurement and supplier management processes.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Italian

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 40.000 € and 58.000 €.
