ICT Microsoft Platform Services Leader

Reports To: ICT Telecommunication&Infrastructure
Location: Fabriano, Italy
Position Overview
We are looking for ICT Microsoft Platform Services to lead the operations and continuous improvement of Ariston Group's Microsoft infrastructure services landscape. The role is responsible for ensuring service reliability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the operational team responsible for Active Directory / Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online, Certificate lifecycle management, File & Print Services, DNS, DHCP and GPO and Power Platform & Copilot
- Ensure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services.
- Oversee incident, problem and change management processes.
- Handle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level support
- Work closely with the Architecture Team to implement approved designs and standards
- Monitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Drive operational automation, standardization and documentation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external support teams.
- Support audit, compliance and security related operational requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure operations within complex enterprise environments, with minimum 2 years of leadership or coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infrastructure services, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
