As ICT Manufacturing Manager, you will contribute to a multi‑year Digital Transformation Program aimed at designing, implementing, and scaling the Group Digital Factory. You will be accountable for the evolution, governance, and lifecycle of digital manufacturing platforms, ensuring scalable, standardized, and high‑performance solutions across plants. The role combines strategic leadership, program ownership, and strong alignment with business and operational stakeholders, ensuring consistency across applications, architectures (TLC, security, infrastructure), and governance models.

Job Responsibilities:
- Own the evolution, governance and lifecycle of Digital Factory systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational excellence across manufacturing plants
- Drive the standardization of manufacturing applications and processes at Group level
- Define and steer the technology roadmap for manufacturing platforms, ensuring consistency across architecture, infrastructure and security
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of governance and service models for factory systems
- Ensure the effective implementation and rollout of the Digital Factory model, enabling scalable and repeatable deployments across sites
- Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives as senior program owner, coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of complex programs and projects, ensuring delivery, quality, cost control and risk management
- Collaborate with the Digital Manufacturing team to prioritize and manage demand across plants
- Act as key interface with Business Process Owners, plant stakeholders and global ICT teams, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Ensure service continuity, performance and reliability of manufacturing platforms in collaboration with internal teams and external providers

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other degrees related to Manufacturing/Supply Chain
- Strong experience in ICT Manufacturing / Digital Factory environments, ideally in multinational contexts
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations processes (manufacturing, industrialization, planning, logistics, quality), with exposure to Lean / WCM
- Proven experience with MES/MOM platforms and Industrial Systems and understanding of IT/OT integration (e.g. ISA‑95, industrial architectures)
- Good knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructure and security architectures
- Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage stakeholders in complex international environments
- Strong leadership, ownership mindset and ability to drive change
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Availability to travel

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 64.000 € and 94.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
