HR GENERALIST INTERN

As HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting in deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.
Your main activities will consist in:
- Support the correct development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, according to Group HR guidelines and local rules
- Participate in the following processes: training, compensation & benefit, labour cost management, organizational aspects, employee communications in relation with the centers of expertise at Corporate level
- Work on HR budgets and forecast processes
- Guarantee the correct update of the reporting in particular related to headcounts and labor cost for Italian and foreign employees of the Group
- Monitoring on a monthly basis labor costs, benefits and personnel-related costs, produce analysis on labor costs divided for Countries and different clusters of population
- Work on the Performance Management Process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables
