HR COST CONTROL INTERN

HR COST CONTROLLING – Curricular Internship
As our HR Cost Controlling Intern, you will be part of the Group Center of Expertise and will have the opportunity to work in the following areas:
- Support the HR Controlling & Reporting team in monitoring and analyzing labor costs
- Participate in the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date HR cost reporting for both local and international employees
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with corporate HR guidelines and local regulations
- Provide support in the analysis of labor cost data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
