We are looking for a Group Quality Intelligence Intern to join our Quality Systems & Controls Central Team. As a member of the Quality Intelligence team, you will be part of our digital quality roadmap, performing quality indicators calculation and analysis for the whole Group, implementing visual dashboards, mapping and digitalizing our quality processes.


Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

 

Quality Indicators & Reporting

 

  • Collect data, calculate KPIs, prepare and share reports with internal stakeholders;
  • Monitor quality KPIs to early detect deviations and identify improvement opportunities;
  • Analyze data/metrics using sound mathematical and statistical methodologies;
  • Collaborate in monthly preparation of reports and presentations for top management.

 

Digital Quality Roadmap

 

  • Support the projects and activities planning and execution, monitoring the schedule;
  • Collaborate in mapping and streamlining the quality processes;
  • Develop new Key Performance/Activity Indicators.

 

Digital Tools Development

 

  • Definition of specifications for digital tool development;
  • Collaboration with Information Technology department for digital projects planning, implementation and testing;
  • Self-development of digital dashboard to visualize data and indicators.

As our ideal candidate, you have a degree in Engineering or Informatics and a brilliant academic career.
Analytical mindset, planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MS Office tools are basic requirements. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP R3 is a plus.
