DIGITAL SOLUTIONS - SENIOR ANALYST DEVELOPER (JAVA)

We are looking for a Digital solutions – Senior Analyst Developer to contribute to the digital evolution of our company. This key figure will have a significant impact on the company’s technological evolution by interacting with major stakeholders, promote technological innovation, and convince investors to support technical and technological development.

The role, reporting to ICT Digital Technology Manager, part of the Group ICT Digital Solutions department, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Cooperate with business stakeholders and internal clients in defining the company goals/requirements in terms of technology digital solution requests;
• Lead the company's technological development, directly contributing to software development, if necessary;
• Guide and support junior developers in completing their tasks, fostering their professional growth;
• Optimize the existing codebase, improving code efficiency and maintainability;
• Implement small change requests (CR) to continuously improve our products and services;
• Oversee the quality of work performed by external suppliers, ensuring the company standards.

Candidate Profile: 

• University Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar filed;
• 4+ years of professional experience in the digital development;
• Proven experience in managing complex technological projects;
• Ability to effectively interact with high-level stakeholders and promote technological innovation;
• Strong competence in software development life cycle and codebase management;
• Professional experience in backend development (Java, Kubernetes, Docker and microservices);
• Leadership and mentoring skills to support team growth;
• Detail orientation and ability to ensure the quality of work performed by external suppliers;
• Fluent English.

Place of work: Fabriano or Milan, with some days of smart working
