We are looking for a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics to drive the evolution of our CRM and customer engagement Microsoft platforms across all brands and markets. In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will act as a technical and functional leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution, while accelerating innovation through the adoption of Microsoft’s latest AI and data platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
  • Drive the end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutions
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for the entire D365 stack, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across all product teams
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and digital capabilities
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of D365 initiatives
  • Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes to guarantee solution quality, security, and reliability
  • Contribute to the integration strategy with other enterprise platforms
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft AI stack including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Fabric, within D365
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service), including both functional process design and technical customization/development
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally leading international, distributed, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong functional and technical expertise
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integration patterns
  • Experience with enterprise integrations
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Demonstrated awareness and hands-on interest in the Microsoft AI stack: Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and Generative AI applications in enterprise contexts
