The role, reporting to the Sales Director of West Cluster, is responsible to manage the sales turnover achievement of all DTs and all Sub-DTs in Chongqing and JD online channel management, to drive more growth potential in different channels, will support in the following activities:

  • Achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly turnover target.
  • Responsible for the dealer and SDT network development and daily management of Chongqing and guiding DTs and Sub-DTs to achieve the contract targets.
  • Coach and train all customers to make more sell-out progress in the field as soon as possible.
  • Drive all new launch products in this region by well penetration.
  • Responsible for the JD online channel business development and the dealer management. To gain the market share in JD online channel and also the internal share within this online dealer base on good retail price control and management for the impact to the offline business. 

Requirement:

  • An Associate degree with more than 5 years in sales manager role in WHB and HVAC industry
  • Good customer resources in middle region.
  • Native or fluent in Chinese, with working proficiency in English.
